p66 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the p66 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of a player's account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register a p66 account or use any of the platform's services. p66 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful under your applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Minors, persons under guardianship, and legal entities may not register accounts.
• One Account Policy: Each player may maintain only one active p66 account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Self-Exclusion: Persons who have previously self-excluded from p66 or from any other gaming platform under an inter-operator exclusion scheme may not register a new account during the active self-exclusion period.

By registering and maintaining a p66 account, you agree to the following ongoing obligations and account management rules:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account login details with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You must notify p66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, by contacting the support team via the live chat facility within your account dashboard or by email at [email protected].
• p66 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds held within it to any other party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are not permitted.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number, current and accurate at all times. p66 relies on registered contact details for KYC, security notifications, and support communications.
• You agree to participate in the p66 KYC process when requested, providing legible copies of acceptable identity and payment documents within the timeframe specified by p66's compliance team.

All financial transactions at p66 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. p66 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your p66 balance in real time. p66 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with p66's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers clear within 1 to 3 hours during standard Pakistani banking hours. p66 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

4.3 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. p66 reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not previously completed full KYC may be required to submit identity and payment verification documents before their first withdrawal is approved. This is a licensing requirement and cannot be waived.

p66 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have satisfactorily completed any applicable identity verification requirements.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements and game contribution rates are published on each promotion's individual terms page.
• During active bonus wagering, a maximum single-bet restriction applies. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bet limit while wagering with bonus funds constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements after the validity period expires will be removed from the account without compensation.
• p66 operates a strict one-bonus-per-player policy for welcome offers. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitute a violation of the one-account rule and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• p66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• Certain bonuses are restricted to specific game categories (slots, live casino, sports). Bonus funds played on ineligible game types may be voided.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the p66 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and verified by independent third-party auditing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the mathematically certified long-term average payout rates for each game and are not a guarantee of individual session results. p66 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other technical failure that interrupts a game round, p66's system will attempt to resolve the round to its natural conclusion using the recorded game state at the point of interruption. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical error originating from p66's platform infrastructure, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account balance. p66 is not liable for disconnections or interruptions originating from the player's internet service provider, device, or network conditions.

6.3 Game Provider Rules. Many games on the p66 platform are supplied by third-party game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others. The rules of each individual game as published within the game interface form part of the contractual terms governing that game. Where a conflict arises between the platform's general terms and a game provider's specific rules, the more specific provision shall prevail in relation to that game only.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed through the p66 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by p66. p66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where odds were published in error, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.

7.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the p66 sportsbook are updated in real time and reflect the current market assessment of event probabilities. p66 is not liable for odds that change between the moment a player selects a selection and the moment the bet slip is submitted. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the binding odds for that wager.

7.3 Abandoned and Voided Events. If a sporting event, including a cricket match, PSL fixture, or other scheduled event, is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, p66 will settle affected bets in accordance with standard industry settlement rules as published on the sportsbook rules page within the platform.

7.4 Live Betting and Cash Out. Live in-play betting markets and the Cash Out feature are offered as a convenience to players and may be suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, including during play. p66 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets or Cash Out functionality during any specific event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p66 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to the relevant licensing authority:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with p66 games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the p66 platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with p66 staff in live dealer games, poker rooms, or sportsbook markets.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using p66 for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account during an active self-exclusion period.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate welcome bonuses or other registration incentives.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p66 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.

p66 employs bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions and implements industry-standard security protocols to protect player data and financial information. However, the security of your p66 account is also dependent on the actions you take as the account holder. The following security obligations apply to all players:

• You must use a strong, unique password for your p66 account that is not used on any other online service.

• p66 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security, except where the breach is attributable solely to a failure in p66's own security systems.

p66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of its players. The following responsible gaming provisions form a mandatory part of these Terms and Conditions:

10.1 Age Restriction. The p66 platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. p66 uses age verification measures during registration and reserves the right to conduct further verification checks at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.

10.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All p66 players have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and session break reminders, all of which can be set and adjusted from within the account dashboard. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

p66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these terms shall limit p66's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

p66 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons, and p66 shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions where reasonable prior notice has been given where practicable.

All intellectual property rights in the p66 platform, including but not limited to the p66 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to p66. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any p66 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by p66 is governed by the p66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. p66 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards and international gaming licensing requirements, including KYC and AML data retention obligations.

p66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file — either by email, SMS notification to the registered mobile number, or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform at login. Your continued use of p66 services following notification of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p66 holds its gaming licence.
